  • Report to the VP of International Sales and manage 5–7 Enterprise Account Executives
  • Drive and manage the business and revenue of the sales team
  • Build a collaborative environment where your team can thrive, learn and grow
  • Build and improve processes for AE onboarding and ramping
  • Prepares forecasts, territory/industry management and growth plans
  • Establishes and reports on metrics to measure team performance

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years selling a technical product; open source/DevOps/security preferred
  • 3+ years managing high-performing software sales teams
  • Experience with CSP marketplaces
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue and pipeline targets
  • Experience selling to Fortune 500; willing to roll up your sleeves
  • Existing Enterprise relationships in Northern Europe (Nordics/Benelux)
