Regional Director ICF Operations

📋 Description

• Lead multi-state regional operations for Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico
• Drive quality, compliance and risk management
• Own financial performance and growth strategy, including P&L accountability
• Lead strategic growth and organizational change initiatives
• Develop high-performing leaders
• Build strategic partnerships with state agencies, funding partners, and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
• 5+ years of senior-level leadership experience overseeing complex human services operations
• 7+ years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Experience overseeing $50M+ budgets and P&L performance
• Experience with multi-state initiatives, M&A, change-of-ownership, and business development
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Power BI dashboards
