Regional Director ICF Operations

📋 Description

• Lead multi-state regional operations across Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico ensuring
• Drive quality, compliance and risk management by strengthening quality assurance, monitoring
• Own financial performance and growth strategy including P&L accountability, budgeting
• Lead strategic growth and organizational change by supporting business development, acquisitions
• Develop high-performing leaders by coaching and mentoring senior leaders and building leadership
• Build strategic partnerships with internal leaders, state agencies, funders, regulators, families

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field (Psychology, Counseling, Allied Health
• 5+ years of progressive senior-level leadership experience in human services operations including
• 7+ years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Proven experience overseeing $50M+ budgets, P&L performance, forecasting, labor management
• Experience leading multi-state initiatives, M&A activities, change-of-ownership processes
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and operational reporting systems, including Power BI dashboards and
