📋 Description

• Lead multi-state regional operations across Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico; oversee
• Drive quality, compliance, and risk management; strengthen quality assurance, monitor performance
• Own financial performance and growth strategy; oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, labor
• Lead strategic growth and organizational change; support business development, acquisitions
• Develop high-performing leaders; coach, mentor, and build leadership pipelines, strengthen
• Build strategic partnerships with internal leaders, state agencies, funding partners, regulatory

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, Allied Health, Educational Psychology
• 5+ years of progressive senior-level leadership experience overseeing complex human services
• 7+ years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Proven experience overseeing $50M+ budgets, P&L performance, forecasting, labor management, and
• Experience leading multi-state initiatives, M&A activities, change-of-ownership processes
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and operational reporting systems; experience with Power BI
