📋 Description

• Lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for the region
• Manage, coach, and motivate a team of Outreach Directors and Managers to meet or exceed regional
• Own and report on key KPIs across the region
• Develop and implement strategies for new market penetration and partnership expansion
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources (clinical partners, patients, parents)
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Orlando, FL
• 6-10+ years of business development experience, including 2-3+ years in sales leadership
• Experience in healthcare is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred), scheduling, and video
• Authorized to work in the US and native/bilingual English proficiency
• Track record of top-tier performance in B2B/outreach account development
