Coach architects on deal and project strategy; drive efficiency with EMs.
Manage subcontracting partner relationships, capacity and capabilities.
Identify patterns in customer needs and share insights with product/marketing.
Be final accountable for back-office processes in your region with Finance, Ops and Sales.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in SaaS, consulting, data, or related domains.
Track record of exceeding performance objectives as IC or manager.
Excellent cross-functional collaborator, especially with sales teams.
Builder mentality — comfortable in an environment where process is forming.
Clear, direct communicator who gives feedback early and often.
Familiarity with dbt, Snowflake, or modern data stack tooling.
