📋 Description

• Oversee tenant engagement and amenity programs across multiple properties.
• Lead direct and PM-managed teams to deliver hospitality standards.
• Roll out new initiatives, build ops playbooks, and troubleshoot service issues.
• Conduct property visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Onboard new properties and transition to steady-state operations.
• Partner with landlords/Property Management to align on performance and experience standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years in multi-unit hospitality operations or similar.
• Operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments.
• Translate ambiguous responsibilities into detailed project plans and execute.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present.
• Experience in a metrics-based management culture.
• Experience with the commercial real estate industry.
