Regional E-commerce Operations Lead, META

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day e-commerce execution across META marketplaces and key partners
• Build regional e-commerce operating system, not just listings
• Lead PDP optimization, catalog quality, keywords, pricing, and promos
• Drive traffic, conversion, ROAS, sell-through, and market share
• Coordinate launches and online merchandising readiness
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, distributors, and partners

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Turkey and legally able to work there
• Fluent in English and Turkish; strong written and verbal in both
• Significant experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or online retail
• Proven experience managing marketplaces and/or direct online retailers
• Hands-on PDP optimization, catalog management, keyword strategy, merchandising
• Strong pricing, promotions, platform campaigns, vouchers, bundles
