🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or related fields.
• Proven track record delivering growth or customer adoption.
• Strong ability to link data, objectives, and behavior to strategy.
• Experience with analytics tools (Tableau/Amplitude/Looker or similar).
• Comfortable with ambiguity and data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree; fluent English for global collaboration.
