🎯 Requirements

  • Fluent in Japanese and English for exec-level comms.

  • Able to discuss product with engineering to executives.
  • Background in cybersecurity, networking, SaaS, or cloud ops.
  • 8+ years in customer-facing incident/escalation roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
  • Influence, negotiate, and delegate across teams.
  • Lead and motivate teams in high-pressure environments.
