Regional Experience / Facilities Manager - EMEA

📋 Description

• Lead, coach and develop workplace team members across EMEA, setting clear expectations and creating
• Own workplace service delivery for Belgrade while providing leadership and operational oversight
• Oversee vendor performance, contracts, budgets and regional operational delivery, identifying risks
• Partner across HR, IT, Legal, Finance, Safety & Security, Real Estate and other teams to
• Support workplace safety, security, emergency preparedness and compliance while maintaining

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in workplace operations, employee experience, facilities management
• 2+ years of experience managing direct reports, with evidence of coaching, developing and creating
• Experience overseeing workplace or facilities services across multiple locations or complex
• Experience building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and managing vendors
• Demonstrated judgement and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess risk, prioritise
