📋 Description

• Oversee operations of Moniepoint facilities in the assigned region across Nigeria.
• Manage property acquisition, office development, and lease lifecycle.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance; implement preventive maintenance.
• Develop 2D/3D workspace designs and layouts to meet brand standards.
• Coordinate project timelines, vendors, and budget to deliver scalable infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years in facilities management, infrastructure development, and project execution.
• Strong space planning and 2D/3D design experience (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp; excellent project management skills.
• HSE knowledge with valid certification (NEBOSH/OSHA/ISO 45001).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholder engagement, and negotiations.
