📋 Description

• Oversee operations of Moniepoint facilities in the designated region in Nigeria.
• Manage property acquisition, lease management, and office relocations.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance across facilities.
• Lead end-to-end facility development, upgrades, and project execution across locations.
• Develop 2D architectural plans and 3D renderings to align with brand standards.
• Coordinate vendor/contractor engagements and ensure timelines, budgets, and quality targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years in facilities management, infrastructure development, and project delivery.
• Strong space planning and architectural design experience with 2D/3D drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp; ability to translate business needs into functional spaces.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• HSE certification and practical implementation experience required.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and multi-location coordination.
