Regional Field Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Be the expert on Cresco Brands and cannabis category in MA market.
• Collaborate with national corporate team, wholesale retailers, and external account managers.
• Identify opportunities to expand retail presence with key accounts.
• Coordinate go-to-market activities for new products to drive demand.
• Plan and execute in-store activations and consumer events for brand visibility.
• Partner with Brand Field team to optimize discounts, displays, and messaging.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of related marketing in retail or cannabis industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to influence decisions.
• Ability to coordinate with distributor personnel on orders and merchandising support.
• Experience with in-store merchandising, POS displays, and event planning.
• Analytical mindset; track KPIs and measure field activation impact.
