📋 Description

• Lead strategic scale of new EV platforms across Eastern Region markets, focusing on fleet uptime
• Provide dotted-line leadership and technical mentorship to a multi-site team of Diagnostic
• Serve as the primary conduit between Hardware/Electrical Engineering and Field Ops, translating
• Manage SLAs with vendors and ensure third-party partners are staffed and technically trained for
• Champion deployment of automated systems and tooling to maximize depot throughput, with
• Collaborate with Supply Management on critical component lifecycles and just-in-time part

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in large-scale operations/Logistics or hardware manufacturing; minimum 3 years in EV
• Experience taking vehicle platforms from NPI to stable field deployment.
• Proven ability to manage SLAs and drive vendor accountability via data-driven audits.
• Analytical skills to interpret telemetry data, DTCs, dashboards and fleet metrics to close
• Project leadership experience across multiple high-stakes technical projects in a fast-paced
