Regional Fleet Strategist

📋 Description

• Develop and continuously optimize regional fleet plans based on demand, utilization, revenue, and
• Build rolling forecasts and scenario analyses to anticipate fleet needs and identify opportunities
• Analyze fleet performance, including utilization, placement, transfers, one-way activity, holding
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations for senior leaders and
• Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Management, Purchasing, Operations, Finance, and
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting and decision-making through automation, business

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable
• Experience using financial, operational, or commercial data to support forecasting, scenario
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools
• Strong communication skills and executive presence to explain recommendations and challenge
• Intellectual curiosity, strong sense of ownership, and demonstrated interest in using technology
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a
