Regional Fleet Support

📋 Description

• Coordinate local Repair Managers and HQ teams for optimal fleet performance.
• Drive daily regional productivity and identify fleet opportunities with the GM.
• Communicate repair trends and request cross-department support when needed.
• Lead rollout and implementation of new processes and standards from HQ.
• Assist with special projects (e.g., Cobra elimination).
• Support KPI performance metrics (Repair Duration, Cost).
