🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in aviation operations/logistics or related field.
• Experience managing distributed teams in fast-paced environments.
• Minimum 2 years in commercial drone operations; knowledge of Part 107/135 regulations.
• Active 14 CFR Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate; valid driver's license.
• Strong leadership, prioritization, and performance management skills.
