🎯 Requirements

5 years in Growth, Performance, Digital Marketing, or Product Growth (crypto/fintech)
Proven end-to-end growth campaigns with measurable impact
Strong analytics and data-driven decision making
Ownership mindset; able to execute independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
Native Russian and strong English communication
Passion for crypto, fintech, or emerging technologies
