Regional Growth Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Own regional marketing programs to generate pipeline and growth.
• Run localized campaigns across digital, social, PR, and industry channels.
• Build Novidea’s market presence in regional insurer/Insurtech communities.
• Own regional marketing targets through demand generation and account engagement.
• Partner with Sales SDRs to align activity with target accounts and pipeline.
• Collaborate with Global/Product Marketing to localize messaging and content.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B marketing, field/growth/regional roles within SaaS or Insurtech.
• Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, field, and ABM.
• Experience supporting enterprise or complex B2B sales environments.
• Strong understanding of pipeline generation, marketing attribution, and ROI.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior commercial stakeholders and external audiences.
• Experience in fast-growth or scale-up organizations is highly advantageous.
