Regional Head - CPaaS Agentic AI Enterprise Sales - North Region

📋 Description

• Own regional revenue for the West region; hit ARR targets and drive market penetration.
• Lead an agile regional enterprise sales team; coach cycles to improve close rates.
• Cultivate CXO-level relationships with CIOs/CMOs; position as AI-led transformation platform.
• Capture market share in BFSI, retail, consumer brands, and logistics in the West.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Eng, and Product to align AI with legacy infra and security.
• Own end-to-end RFP/RFQ processes, pricing architectures, and senior negotiations.

🎯 Requirements

• 12–18 yrs in B2B enterprise software/sales (SaaS/CPaaS/AI/Analytics) with 3–5 yrs leading teams.
• Deep CXO network across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, and North India.
• Proven in building high-velocity pipelines from scratch and managing complex cycles.
• Translate AI/analytics tech into financial metrics for C-suite buyers.
• Strong team builder with EQ; drives pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and hunting culture.
