📋 Description

Own onboarding and training of new partners for middle mile operations
Track performance of partners in your cluster
Ensure compliance with operational processes
Own and drive key operational metrics end-to-end and hit targets
Lead a distributed team of cluster managers
Drive inputs to the product roadmap for improving ops tech

🎯 Requirements

Graduate/post-graduate degree in any discipline
9+ years of experience in e-commerce logistics
Experience with partner onboarding and training in mother hub ops
Experience in hiring and managing a distributed operations team
Exposure to control tower and field operations is a plus
