📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted partner to regional leaders, acting as the primary HR advisor and coach for
• Translate the regional business agenda into actionable people priorities aligned with global HR
• Provide expert guidance on local labour laws and cultural nuances, in partnership with the Global
• Lead the rollout and implementation of global programmes in employee engagement, performance
• Gather feedback from the region to improve and iterate on global tools and strategies
• Design and execute local initiatives from start to finish in partnership with the appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of HR experience in a similar role (e.g., HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or People
• Strong knowledge of labour and social security laws in key markets (e.g., India’s Labour Codes)
• Pragmatic and proactive mindset, comfortable managing both strategic and operational tasks
• Strong communication and partnership skills, builds trust quickly
• Coaching mindset with a passion for developing leaders
• High cross-cultural sensitivity and adaptability
