• Bring global People initiatives to life locally, ensuring they are effective, compliant, and

• Serve as the regional expert on employment law, compliance, and complexity across SEA markets
• Lead and develop a team of four across People Partnering, People Relations, and Location Partners.
• Monitor engagement and organizational health, using data to improve retention and employee

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior HR Business Partner in a complex, global environment.
• Deep knowledge of the Philippines and South East Asia employment landscape, including regulatory
• Track record of leading and developing People teams, including matrixed relationships.
• Strong judgment in navigating ambiguity and sensitive people decisions.
• Ability to influence without authority and build trust with senior leaders.
• Comfortable operating with autonomy, pragmatic and action-oriented.
