📋 Description

  • Central contact for Dubai office: HR, policy, admin, IT, and vendors

  • Advise on company policies and UAE labor compliance

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience supporting onsite operations; familiarity with HRIS (Workday)
  • HR experience including employee relations and performance management
  • Experience supporting managers and employees in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a startup-like environment with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience in HR/Business Administration
