Regional Inventory & Planning Specialist - EU

📋 Description

• Build and maintain demand forecasts to support inventory planning and regional growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory, promotions, launches, and replenishment
• Monitor inventory health and forecast performance; identify risks and opportunities
• Analyze sales trends and demand patterns to improve forecast accuracy
• Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders for smooth purchasing and replenishment
• Drive improvements in planning tools, reporting, and automation for scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or inventory management
• Experience in e-commerce/retail or fast-paced environments is a plus
• Strong Excel skills; SQL knowledge is an advantage
• Experience with planning or inventory systems (SAP IBP preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field, or equivalent
• Strong analytical, proactive, and collaborative skills
