Regional Legal Advisor (Legal Counsel)

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, corporate acts, and other legal documentation
• Lead the preparation and upkeep of corporate governance documentation for the company and its
• Oversee and ensure that internal policies, corporate acts, and documentation comply with applicable
• Prepare legal reports, risk assessments, and analysis to inform business decision-making
• Provide legal advice and support to other departments and subsidiaries within Aleph Group

🎯 Requirements

• Highest legal professional degree (for example, a Master's in Law or equivalent qualification)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience, ideally including in-house, corporate, or commercial
• Strong working knowledge of corporate governance documentation and processes
• Proven ability to work independently and advise stakeholders across multiple departments and
• Strong legal research skills, with the ability to analyze and summarize findings on varied legal
• Experience working in a regional, cross-border setting, with the confidence to operate beyond a
