🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) qualification
• At least 2 years of nursing leadership experience in healthcare or medical device environment
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance regulations and accreditation processes
• Demonstrated experience with process improvement and translating data into strategies
• Experience developing business plans and financial models
