Regional Manager (Comfort Medical) - West Region

📋 Description

• Lead regional sales execution, establish priorities, and drive the team toward organizational KPIs
• Monitor account and territory performance, identify gaps, redirect resources, and implement
• Translate business strategies into regional objectives, tactics, staffing plans, account
• Manage regional sales forecasts, budgets, operating expenses, and overall top-line sales and
• Maintain and review sales information and performance data using platforms such as Salesforce
• Recruit, onboard, develop, coach, and retain high-performing and ethical sales professionals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 5+ years of successful DME sales experience, or 2+ years of medical sales management experience
• Demonstrated ability to coach and lead sales teams in complex and highly competitive markets.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 60%–75%, including overnight travel.
• Residence within the assigned sales region or a reasonable proximity to it.
• Valid driver's license.
