Regional Manager – Dedicated Driver

📋 Description

• Lead onboarding and ongoing training programs for dedicated drivers
• Provide coaching and direct feedback to drivers, fostering continuous improvement and accountability
• Develop and execute individualized performance improvement plans and conduct quarterly re-training
• Monitor driver performance metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Build and maintain a healthy, engaged driver base across assigned geos and customers
• Serve as primary point of contact for customer accounts, collaborating with Account Management

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in transportation or logistics operations
• Proven experience in driver or workforce training, coaching, and performance management
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong relationships with frontline workers and customers
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including regional driving, domestic
• Comfort operating in a field-based environment
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

🎁 Benefits

• $75k annual salary + 10% bonus target
