Regional Manager - Field Sales

📋 Description

• Own regional performance end-to-end across Bono, Bono East, Ahafo and the North.
• Build and lead a field sales team; shape strategy; lead from the field.
• Drive territory strategy, cluster growth, and agent livelihoods.
• Use data-driven decisions to allocate resources and plan leadership.
• Lead regular field presence and execution audits to ensure standards.
• Field-based role in Sunyani and Tamale; drive financial inclusion.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years' field sales leadership; 4+ years managing managers.
• Led large dispersed teams across multiple regions and targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences; MBA preferred.
• Experience in fintech/financial services/telecoms/FMCG with field networks.
