Regional Manager I

📋 Description

• Support territory team of local GMs to guide day-to-day operations.
• Coach and develop site teams to grow into new roles.
• Build a talent bench through performance management and succession planning.
• Track metrics to measure success and improve customer experience.
• Liaise between rollout, local execution, and department partners.
• Involve in interview, hiring, and onboarding to acquire top talent.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in retail, supply chain, operations, consulting, or data-driven PM
• Leadership with multi-location teams
• Proven ability to manage large onboarding programs
• Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Mgmt, STEM, or related field
• Analytical thinker who can motivate in a deadline-driven environment
• Willing to travel at least 90% of the time
