10+ years of experience in retail, supply chain, ops, consulting, or data-driven PM
Leadership and management experience with multi-location teams
Experience managing large onboarding programs to train and onboard top performers
Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Management, STEM, or related field
Analytical thinker who motivates others in deadline-driven environment
Willing to travel at least 90% of the time
