Regional Manager I

📋 Description

• Lead a team of General Managers across the territory to drive operations
• Coach and develop site teams for improvements and future roles
• Develop talent through performance management and succession planning
• Track metrics across time and improve customer experience
• Develop upward reporting to connect HQ with the field
• Liaise between rollout, territory execution and leadership partners

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in retail, supply chain, operations, or data-driven PM
• Leadership experience with multi-location teams
• Degree in business, operations, supply chain, or related field
• Analytical work and ability to motivate others in deadline-driven environment
• Proven ability to solve complex problems under pressure
• Willing to travel 90% or more
