Regional Manager – Paris Outer

📋 Description

• Lead a team of AMs (City Manager Lead, SAM, AM) in Paris Outer.
• Define and execute the regional commercial strategy for Paris Outer.
• Own end-to-end growth of brand portfolios in Paris Outer.
• Build relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and upsell strategies.
• Create and execute joint business plans for growth, profitability, and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in commercial, client partnership, or account management roles.
• Proven experience managing complex, strategic brand portfolios.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-layered teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in F&B, Hospitality, Retail, FMCG, or Marketplace businesses preferred.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen (P&L understanding).
• Fluent French and English communication skills.
