Lead and develop a regional sales team, with potential for team lead growth.
Coach reps on market approach, live demos, and coaching of team members.
Own CRM, pipeline, territory management, and regional forecast.
Collaborate with Back Office and Headquarter for smooth processes.

🎯 Requirements

3–5 years SaaS or digital product sales experience (B2B preferred).
1–2 years in sales leadership or team leadership.
Strong numbers mindset, forecasting, and P&L understanding.
Structured, autonomous work style with regional ownership.
