Regional Marketing Leader

📋 Description

• Develop and execute scalable regional marketing programs designed to support new business growth
• Partner with regional leadership and sales teams to identify market-specific opportunities
• Localize and deploy centrally developed marketing initiatives while maintaining established
• Lead programs focused on Centers of Influence (COIs), new business development, carrier
• Design repeatable marketing frameworks, processes, and best practices that can be adopted
• Own selected national marketing initiatives, coordinating with regional and national stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within insurance, financial services, or a
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that support demand
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create professional content
• Experience partnering with sales and business leaders to translate commercial priorities into
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign metrics, KPIs, and ROI data to guide
