Regional Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Own and execute regional marketing strategy across EMEA (UKI, Nordics, Benelux, France)
• Build and scale regional programs (field events, webinars, campaigns, community)
• Partner with Sales to drive pipeline and ABM initiatives
• Localize messaging to fit cultural, language, and market needs across EMEA
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate XBOW’s tech into regional narratives
• Work with Partners and Alliances to design joint in-region programs

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in regional/field/demand generation marketing, B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
• Proven track record scaling marketing across multiple European markets
• Experience partnering with Sales and GTM to drive pipeline and revenue
• Excellent project management and execution skills—you can own programs end-to-end
• Strong written and verbal communication; adapt messaging for different countries
• Comfort operating in a fast-growing, high-ambiguity startup
