Regional Medical Director - Southeast

📋 Description

• Lead clinical operations for Southeast markets as Regional Medical Director
• Collaborate with Operations, Clinical, and Executive teams to drive growth and quality initiatives
• Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers; lead quality improvement efforts
• Develop and optimize clinical workflows, protocols, and patient care standards
• Monitor clinical performance and drive improvements across multiple markets
• Serve as clinical ambassador within Matter Health communities

🎯 Requirements

• Active MD or DO license
• Board certification required
• 5+ years of physician leadership experience preferred
• Experience leading providers or multi-site healthcare operations preferred
• Background in value-based care, population health, primary care, or community-based healthcare
• Willingness to travel 25–40% across Tennessee and the Southeast
