Regional Nurse Manager, Home Care

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical operations for the assigned region; ensure NYSDOH compliance with agency policies.
• Provide clinical leadership and direction to nursing staff; supervise region.
• Ensure Plans of Care are implemented and adhere to physician orders.
• Primary clinical contact for regulatory, quality, and operational matters.
• Coordinate NYSDOH surveys, audits, and site visits; follow-up with Administrator.
• May provide direct patient care and supervise Personal Care Aides as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• NYS Licensed Registered Professional Nurse (RN) in good standing.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program; Diploma/Associate/Baccalaureate.
• Minimum 1 year home care nursing experience; 2+ years preferred.
• RN education or staff training experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory or regional oversight experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge, communication, and leadership skills.
