📋 Description

• Lead backend data ops; ensure reliable data flow to BigQuery warehouse.
• Translate data into insights via regional dashboards for leaders/teachers.
• Collaborate with Schoolytics data warehouse vendor for integrations.
• Develop SQL queries to clean and format data.
• Manage data access requests; maintain privacy/security policies.
• Support internal/external data requests and meet deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 2-3 years experience.
• Proficient with Google Suite.
• Expertise querying large data sources/warehouses.
• Experience with data visualization (Excel/Tableau).
• Experience with SQL programming.
• Strong project management and stakeholder relations.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary $55,000 - $70,000 per year.
• $1,000 signing bonus; $2,000 retention bonus in subsequent years.
