Regional Operations & Maintenance Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and develop regional project managers, technicians, and contractors through workforce
• Provide 24/7 operational leadership for a portfolio of utility-scale BESS assets, maintaining high
• Act as the senior on-call authority for operational incidents, safety events, emergencies, and
• Deliver contractual performance targets covering system availability, capacity, round-trip
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs designed to
• Analyze SCADA, EMS, BMS, and other operational data to troubleshoot issues, conduct root-cause

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, energy, or industrial engineering, or an equivalent
• 6–8+ years of operations and maintenance experience with power systems such as BESS or PV
• Experience with utility-scale BESS assets, including 100 MW+ systems, hybrid solar-plus-storage
• Experience with battery energy storage, photovoltaic systems, and rotating power-generation assets.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-site O&M operations, including planning, execution
• Experience establishing O&M programs for growing asset fleets, including process development

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range of $122,000–$176,000, depending on factors such as skills, experience, education
