Regional Partner Director, NAMER

📋 Description

• Identify, assess, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners, including resellers, referral
• Develop and implement partner enablement programs, product training, and joint go-to-market
• Collaborate with internal sales teams and partner representatives to qualify leads, pursue new
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executives across partner
• Work closely with sales, marketing, pre-sales engineering, legal, client success, and other
• Establish quarterly business objectives and joint action plans with key partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of sales and partner management experience within a global software company or IT
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing strategic partnerships, alliances, referral
• Experience with major enterprise software vendors such as SAP or Oracle, system integrators, or
• Familiarity with enterprise software support services, managed services, and third-party support
• A proven record of consistently achieving and significantly exceeding sales quotas, generating
