📋 Description

• Guide partner delivery teams across North America to ensure their engineering practices and
• Review complex enterprise application designs to ensure platform scalability, security frameworks
• Mentor partner technical leads, solution architects, and developers, building high-performing
• Collaborate with North American partner leads, Appian Customer Success, and Technical Support to
• Help create and curate reusable design patterns, integration blueprints, and fixes that directly
• Provide technical subject matter expertise and support technical enablement across the global

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Software Architecture, with a proven track record of
• Deep proficiency in Database Design, API Integrations, Security Frameworks, Performance Tuning, and
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with GSIs, regional systems integrators, and enterprise
• Proven experience conducting architecture reviews, code reviews, and establishing engineering best
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to command technical respect
