Regional Partnerships Lead

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with sellers and strategic partners across Europe
• Manage daily relationships with premium sellers and European marketplace accounts to ensure
• Oversee premium seller performance reporting and provide recommendations on seller cohort
• Monitor the operational health of an assigned seller portfolio and identify performance risks and
• Drive adoption of marketplace tools like Shipping Policies and Inventory Management System (IMS)
• Resolve premium seller issues in collaboration with Customer Support and escalate complex cases

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in seller success, partnerships, account management, or
• Strong understanding of record store culture, music collecting, and music marketplace ecosystems
• Active or previous experience as a buyer and seller on the relevant music marketplace
• Proven relationship management skills and ability to build trust with priority accounts
• Strong organizational skills and sound operational judgment
• Excellent written communication skills
