Regional Privacy Counsel and Data Protection Officer

📋 Description

• Provide privacy advice to SEEK’s APAC businesses.
• Identify and mitigate privacy risks; ensure compliance with privacy laws.
• Help develop a privacy docs repository, resources and tools per roadmap.
• Monitor Philippine privacy law changes affecting SEEK.
• Perform other data protection, privacy and security duties.
• Serve as contact point with data subjects, NPC and authorities.

🎯 Requirements

• A law degree from a reputable university.
• Deep knowledge of data privacy and data protection principles.
• 3+ years in data protection/privacy in APAC.
• Experience interpreting and operationalizing privacy compliance programs.
• Work independently and in cross-functional teams; strong stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
