📋 Description

• Deploy the Group Procurement strategy and contribute to Procurement maturity across the region.
• Develop regional category strategies in partnership with Group Category Managers.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier management activities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support business projects, sourcing activities, and

🎯 Requirements

• Significant Procurement experience in an international environment.
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and manage cross-functional projects.
• Experience supporting Procurement transformation, change management, or initiatives.
• Good understanding of procurement governance, risk management, and regulatory environments.
• Experience in the financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries is highly desirable.
