Regional Procurement Manager

📋 Description

• Manage and support the procurement department to ensure professional and effective coordination of
• Establish and maintain procurement policies at Regional and Local level to drive continuous
• Manage all processes involving local and regional suppliers.
• Negotiate terms: price, delivery, payment terms, quality, volume rebates, buy-back, warranty.
• Measure cost reductions according to KPIs set to ensure full compliance with Group procurement team.
• Analyze and fine tune prescribers requirements, determine specifications.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree educated in Business and/or Finance; specialization in International Purchase Management is
• At least 10+ years of experience.
• Previous appointment in an international corporate environment is a plus.
• Analytical, organizational skills.
• Strong leadership, team working, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Autonomous, adaptable, tenacious, likes challenges, out of the box thinker.
