Regional Property Manager - Affordable Housing/Multi-Family

📋 Description

• Oversee the overall operations and performance of assigned multi-family affordable housing
• Lead on-site Community Managers and other property staff, including hiring, training, performance
• Monitor occupancy, resident satisfaction, unit turns, maintenance, grounds, property standards
• Review monthly financial reports, prepare owner reports, and participate in asset management
• Develop and implement property budgets while monitoring financial performance and controlling
• Respond to inquiries from owners, government agencies, financial institutions, auditors, accounting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing affordable multi-family housing, specifically LIHTC and
• 2+ years of multi-site portfolio management experience, with responsibility for 5 or more
• Demonstrated experience with affordable housing certifications and recertifications, REAC/NSPIRE
• Broad knowledge of property management operations, including accounting, inspections, collections
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, LIHTC requirements, and applicable local
• College degree preferred but not required.

🎁 Benefits

• Anticipated annual salary range of $105,000–$125,000, depending on experience, qualifications
• Potential eligibility for discretionary and/or performance-based bonuses.
