🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading large teams in sales/customer service with results.
• Proven leader; mentor and coach diverse teams.
• Uses sales processes and metrics to drive results.
• Understanding of financials and budgets.
• Knowledge of PM systems: OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce.
